Arterial stiffness is a cardiovascular risk factor, which increases naturally with age. Kyolic garlic has been shown to improve the flexibility of arteries, and slows down blood flow, which may improve oxygen uptake, associated with aerobic fitness.

3. Early bird tickets are available up until midnight on 1 July 2025. NIIM reserves the right to shorten or extend the Early Bird deadline.
4. Cancellations made by attendees within 14 days of the event are non-refundable under any circumstances, this includes ‘no-shows’.
5. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund.
6. Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund. The request must be made in writing to [email protected].
7. A substitute person may attend by prior arrangement with the event organiser.
8. Photos and videos may be recorded at the event. These photos and videos may be used in future marketing, web, email and social media posts by NIIM which are visible to the general public.
