General Practitioners

At NIIM Health Clinic, our General Practitioners (GPs) are not just medical professionals; they are trained to support your overall wellbeing. Each GP at NIIM has their distinct areas of clinical special interest, ranging from gut health to women’s health and ME CFS. What sets them apart is their commitment to understanding the root causes of your chronic health condition, rather than simply addressing the symptoms. This in-depth assessment is crucial in providing comprehensive care that caters to your unique health needs.

What is an Integrative General Practitioner?

Integrative GPs are accredited with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and are often equipped with additional training in nutritional and environmental medicine. This extra layer of expertise enables them to view patient care through a more holistic lens. They don’t limit their focus to isolated symptoms; instead, they consider your overall health and lifestyle to form a more complete picture.

Our Integrative GPs at NIIM blend conventional medical treatments with evidence-based complementary therapies. This could include the use of vitamins and supplements, IV therapy, customised diet and exercise plans, mental health support, and other lifestyle modifications. This integration is key to optimising your wellbeing.

At NIIM, our Integrative GPs focus on their specific areas of interest meaning that you benefit from their deep understanding and expertise in particular health conditions. We invite you to experience this unique, comprehensive approach to health and wellness at NIIM Health Clinic, where your journey to optimal health is our primary goal.

Initial appointments with NIIM GPs are usually one hour. Medicare rebates are applicable in most cases.
