Arterial stiffness is a cardiovascular risk factor, which increases naturally with age. Kyolic garlic has been shown to improve the flexibility of arteries, and slows down blood flow, which may improve oxygen uptake, associated with aerobic fitness.

Rochelle is a Bachelor of Health Science degree qualified Clinical Naturopath as well as a certified Ayurveda practitioner, yoga teacher and meditation coach of which she has over 15 years of experience spanning Sri Lanka, UK, Japan and Australia. She is the 3rd generation of the Pandith G. P. Wickramarachchi ayurvedic practitioner lineage in Sri Lanka.
The desire to learn and understand more aspects of whole-system health sciences resulted in adding Yoga, Mindfulness, and Clinical Naturopathy to her knowledge base. Rochelle combines the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the knowledge of Naturopathy, with the latest evidence-based research to design an individualised treatment plan for you. She is a firm believer of not merely treating the obvious signs and symptoms, but also balancing your unique mind-body Doshic constitution and mitigate the root cause of imbalanced health.
Rochelle’s individualised treatment plans aim at supporting your body’s innate ability to heal and provide lasting health solutions to bring you back to your optimal self.
