Arterial stiffness is a cardiovascular risk factor, which increases naturally with age. Kyolic garlic has been shown to improve the flexibility of arteries, and slows down blood flow, which may improve oxygen uptake, associated with aerobic fitness.

Dr. Pahtsivanidis is a highly experienced General Practitioner with a comprehensive medical background and a strong focus on integrative health. She graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and began her medical career in family medicine, completing her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
Her passion for mental health led her to further training in Psychiatry through the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists before ultimately returning to full-time General Practice, where she combines conventional and complementary approaches to patient care.
Dr. Pahtsivanidis has pursued postgraduate studies at Swinburne University, earning diplomas in both Nutrition and Integrative Medicine. Her clinical interests include endocrinological conditions, women’s health, gastrointestinal health, and dermatological health, with a strong emphasis on personalized, holistic treatment plans.
In her personal time, she likes spending time with her family, listening to music and travelling.
