The Kyolic Garlic & Aerobic Fitness Trial
Arterial stiffness is a cardiovascular risk factor, which increases naturally with age. Kyolic garlic has been shown to improve the flexibility of arteries, and slows down blood flow, which may improve oxygen uptake, associated with aerobic fitness.

Dr Bird graduated in 1990 in Auckland, NZ. After doing rural GP work for seven years he relocated to Australia and opened a clinic in nutritional and environmental medicine, with a special focus on chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and related disorders.
