Dr. John Walters has over 35 years of experience in integrative medicine, combining conventional and holistic approaches.

After graduating from the University of Melbourne, he established general practice clinics in Melbourne and rural Queensland. His 20 years in rural practice included obstetrics, surgery, allergy management, nutritional and lifestyle medicine, and skin cancer treatment, fuelled by dermatology training in the UK.

Dr. Walters now focuses on dermatology, skin cancer surgery, nutritional medicine, allergy management, chemical sensitivities, thyroid, autoimmune conditions, and preventative care at NIIM. A founding member and Fellow of the Australian Society of Environmental Medicine, he has lectured at the University of Queensland and supervised medical students at the University of Melbourne.
