The Kyolic Garlic & Aerobic Fitness Trial
Arterial stiffness is a cardiovascular risk factor, which increases naturally with age. Kyolic garlic has been shown to improve the flexibility of arteries, and slows down blood flow, which may improve oxygen uptake, associated with aerobic fitness.

We recently surveyed our patients of the NIIM Clinic to measure their satisfaction with our Practice. With over 200 responses to the Voice of the Patient survey, we received valuable information about what we do well and what we need to work on in order to provide quality services as an accredited medical practice.

The survey also asked patients whether they would recommend the NIIM Clinic to a friend. Pleasingly, eighty percent (80%) of respondents scored us a 9 or 10 out of 10.
