Sleeping well to excel

This seminar will be presented by Dr Stan Rodski (Cognitive Neuroscientist) and will help you understand the neuroscience of sleep:

  • What does ‘sleep hygiene’ even mean? And how can it be improved?
  • Understand the link between sleep and pain management
  • The importance of quality sleep for mood and immunity
  • Mental & physical techniques to encourage dopamine production in your brain to aid sleep
  • Why poor sleep over an extended period of time may impact your performance, concentration and memory
  • How colours and sounds influence sleep
