The Kyolic Garlic & Aerobic Fitness Trial
Arterial stiffness is a cardiovascular risk factor, which increases naturally with age. Kyolic garlic has been shown to improve the flexibility of arteries, and slows down blood flow, which may improve oxygen uptake, associated with aerobic fitness.

Professor Avni Sali AM is recognised as the father of Integrative Medicine in Australia. He founded the Graduate School of Integrative Medicine at Swinburne University in 1996 and established the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM) in 2009.

Adem is currently the Executive Chairman of ASX-listed Top Shelf International Holdings Ltd. He is also the Chairman and founder of ANGL Korp, his investment vehicle for both ventures and investments.
Adem also Chairs the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM) and the 2030 Greater Victoria Commonwealth Games Taskforce. Additionally, Adem is a Non-Executive Director (previously Chairman) of newly ASX-listed The Hydration Pharmaceuticals Company Limited, which owns the Hydralyte brand outside of Australia and New Zealand. He also sits on the investment committee for the private equity firm Corner Capital.
Prior to that Adem spent seven years establishing Swisse Wellness before its sale to H&H Group Ltd (previously Biostime) for nearly US$1.7 billion in 2015. Adem held senior positions of CFO, COO and MD at Swisse Wellness. Adem is a CPA, having obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting). Adem resides in Melbourne.
