The Kyolic Garlic & Aerobic Fitness Trial
Arterial stiffness is a cardiovascular risk factor, which increases naturally with age. Kyolic garlic has been shown to improve the flexibility of arteries, and slows down blood flow, which may improve oxygen uptake, associated with aerobic fitness.

Participation
You are invited for a FREE screening test to assess your fasting or post-meal blood sugar levels, to check if you have prediabetes. People that have prediabetes are eligible to be recruited into this trial.

What to Expect: Your First Consultation With a NIIM Integrative General Practitioner
